Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out! est aujourd'hui considéré comme un des meilleurs albums live jamais enregistrés. Il contient beaucoup de « classiques » des Stones, comme Jumpin' Jack Flash, Sympathy for the Devil, Honky Tonk Women ou encore Street Fighting Man, sur lesquels l'osmose entre les deux guitares de Keith Richards et Mick Taylor est remarquable.
